How To hold the Hospital staff Accountable!
Every been in an emergency unit where nobody can give you an answer? Ever felt like you were like a hockey puck being passed to others to get answer? Or felt frustrated because nobody knew what they were doing? Well if you have not experienced any of these you been lucky so far, but this article will teach you what to do if and when it does happen.
Well, I got the answer for you. I ll show you how you can stay on top of things as soon as the automatic hospital doors open up on you.
Remember the people who work in hospitals are human beings and most of them got into their jobs to make a living not for the passion of their hearts as medicine used to be practiced in the old days... We have all heard that doctors and nurses make good money. Haven't you?
They happen to be in a position that their decisions can be matter of life and death situation. Lives do get impacted directly by their decisions. So if their jobs are that crucial then who is too blame if something goes wrong?
What happens if they make a mistake?
Here are some steps and answers for you to make sure you have kept a trail of information.
First of all, we live in the information age, mistakes should not happen or be minimal if any all. But the other thing about the information age is that if you are reading this you most likely have a smart phone with a Calender and or a note pad on it, So you should record everything.
What you do when you put foot in a hospital door is that from the first person that takes your information to the person that releases you, you need to record their names, ID numbers, sections, rooms etc. Plus your responsibility is to give them as much informations about the patient as possible so they can help you properly.
My personal tip is that you don't need to tell them or ask for their names and IDs and what you are doing because most of them have tags and walls have signs just look around and be alert and you will be able to get all the information you need.
So record everything because later on, and in other departments or sections you will need these names and dates etc...also, God forbid something goes wrong you have these people to hold accountable so that in case they just took their jobs just to make money they most likely don't belong in the operating room with your loved ones.
A 90 day challenge will help you avoid most avoidable medical condition because of nutritional ingredients involved, and the way it help an individual take control of their health so pick up the phone and get on track to avoid agony that is avoidable. 416.917.7736
